TESTING & DOCUMENTATION
Thoughtful development, preparation and incremental testing at all stages during design, factory acceptance and site acceptance is vital to ensure the system works effectively, efficiently and reliably. Rigorous testing of code, SCADA and HMI separately and integrated, allows any potential issues to be identified and rectified prior to commissioning minimising additional code work.
Test results are accurately recorded for reference purposes and to keep our clients fully updated on true measured progress.
COMMISSIONING & HANDOVER
PowerLogix provides a professional commissioning service understanding that a trouble-free start-up of a new system relies on a comprehensive, well documented commissioning process. No assumptions are made and all components are fully proven. Changes or additions during commissioning are properly captured, approved where necessary with documentation being amended.
We believe training is essential as it ensures clients are aware of process control system capabilities, safe operational boundaries as well as reducing risk of plant damage or equipment failures resulting from incorrect use.
service & maintenance
Automation is an area of continual evolution. As desired process control requirements change, new plant is added and operators become more familiar with the system, minor adjustments will be required.
