service & breakdown

Should your air conditioning fail or performance be reduced, please call our helpful Service Department who will be pleased to arrange a convenient time for a skilled, licenced and experienced technician to attend. The air conditioning fault will be diagnosed accurately and, with your approval, repairs will be carried out promptly to get your system back up and running.
We will be up front with costs and supply a detailed service report upon completion.

preventative maintenance

Effective preventative maintenance is the key to preventing breakdowns and will keep your system working at its optimal performance while prolonging its operational life. Whatever the exact application, from comfort cooling/heating through to critical space temperature and humidity control, we can arrange maintenance intervals, from daily to annual visits, specifically to suit individual needs. Maintenance checklists, reports and recommendations for efficiencies, power reduction and reliability will be completed at the time of the visit and submitted to assist you in assessing equipment status.
